The doctors and other staff I have interacted with here have been so kind and helpful. I broke my foot and have had many appointments here. Dr. Woody has explained everything every step of the way and been on top of my care! The desk staff and EVERYONE has just been so easy to interact with. I was once almost an hour late for my appointment due to traffic but everyone was so nice about it and still fit me in.
Our kids have been really well taken care of for six years now. We have been well served by Dr. Lynn Morgan, nurses, and staff (as well as a couple other physicians on backup calls).
Love Dr. Wayne!
My son has been a patient there since child birth.. The nurses are wonderful especially Wandra & Monica.. Dr. Goldbach & Dr. Wayne are AWESOME!.. They treat us like family along w/exceptional care..
My daughter broke her finger and they provided great care. They seem to specialize in children orthopedic care.
We have now seen two of the physicians here and I have been more than happy with their knowledge and expertise. Not sure if something has changed with the front desk (looked at prior comments), but they were welcoming and quick to get us registered. The new building is open and airy... helped with my kids who are generally scared of going to the pediatrician.
Limited issues cared for at this site. If proceedures or ortho specialty required I had to go to Main Hospital site at UNC . X-ray available at this site but even though I was referred there for my knee problems and made an appointment specifically for my knees I was told that the doctor that specializes in knees was only at the main Ambulatory Care Center near the university. Ironicaly I had a long walk from the bus stop to the ACC which is set back behind the main hospital buildings and the walk seemed far with my knees in pain. This satellite office is conveniently located but the availability of care was not convenient at all.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Steven Evans,O.T. with UNC Home Health on Sat.Sept.5th.He came out to evaluate my mother,Nannie L.McAdams at 160 Torain St. Hillsborough,N.C. Very nice, intelligent, and thorough with me and my 93 yr.old mom.We went over things that she could and couldn't do.I was taught how to place soft materials around a wound break down, without pressure being placed on the wound itself. That has really helped in her healing process."Thank You Steve." I just want someone to know, what a GREAT Occupational Therapist you have working for UNC Home Health. And being a retired Orthopedic/Trauma Nurse from UNC Hospitals,I could tell he knew what he was doing.Thank You Very Much. Ms.Richmond.
